You can get help with job seeking from Navigator guidance and counselling service that is open to anyone living in Kuopio. The staff will help you with for example identifying your skills, writing a CV and job application or finding job opportunities or an internship. Guidance counselors help you with finding the right studying opportunities for you.

Studying Finnish 

On general Finns have a good level of English skills but studying Finnish helps with finding a job and settling in Finland. Most jobs require at least a satisfactory level of Finnish skills. There are various courses available for different level students. Up to date information can be found on the course providers’ web pages.
