Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement concerns the kuopionalue.fi website, which has been published in Finnish in December 2020. The website has been created using the WordPress software and its design has been coordinated under the provincial Future Savo project (1 April 2018 – 30 April 2021)/Kuopio implementation, together with Akiola-Media Oy and, in terms of coding, Oddy Tech Oy. The website is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which is based on the EU Web Accessibility Directive. Under the Act, everyone should have equal opportunities to use digital services.

State of Accessibility

The information of the accessibility assessment is based on the website creator’s self-assessment from December 2020. Not all parts of the website correspond to the desired level at present. We are gradually improving the website.

We answer accessibility feedback messages as soon as possible, in no more than two weeks. If you are not satisfied with the answer you receive or you do not receive an answer within two weeks, you can make an accessibility complaint or a request for clarification to the supervisory authority. The supervisory authority is the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland.
